Don Holdridge attended the University of Dubuque and was a Warehouse Manager both in Houston, Texas and Dubuque, Iowa before accepting a position with Mi-T-M in 1988. Holdridge and his team have watched the paint division grown dramatically over the years. "Back in 1993, we were working mostly with regional and independent paint stores." Today, the Mi-T-M Paint Division has added national paint companies to its list of customers, and claims one of the best networks of independent paint reps in the industry.
Holdridge started his career with Mi-T-M as a Customer Service Representative. "A lot has changed since I first came to Mi-T-M," says Holdridge who was promoted to his current position as Paint Division Manager in 1993. "Technology has allowed us to respond quicker to our customers, as far as taking orders and getting them shipped, but one thing that has not changed is our 'customer first' attitude. It's something every division at Mi-T-M shares."
