John Lembezeder holds an MS degree in Educational Administration from the University of South Dakota and spent 20 years teaching and coaching college basketball. Lembezeder's background in higher education and coaching prepared him well for his current position as the Engineering Operations Manager for Mi-T-M. "Mi-T-M employs a team of very talented engineers and each one plays a very specific role on that team" says Lembezeder, "but everyone works toward a common purpose - maintain the high standards of quality and innovation the Mi-T-M engineering department has established."
Lembezeder started his career with Mi-T-M in 2000 as the National Sales Manager and was promoted to his current position in 2005. You could say that Lembezeder still has his eye on the ball, "As a company our goal is to put the best equipment possible in the hands of our customers and this is what drives the winning engineering team. Leading the team through research, design, and development are crucial as Mi-T-M continues to diversify our product offering."
