Long term employees play a key role in producing the highest quality product possible, and like many of his peers, Karl Loeffelholz has been with the Mi-T-M Corporation for much of his career. Today, he is the Distributor Division Manager for Mi-T-M and is responsible for developing programs and products for sales and servicing distributors throughout North America.
Growing up on a small family dairy farm in the heart of the Midwest, Loeffelholz learned very quickly that hard work was a prerequisite for success. Working his way through college at UPS, he graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology and started his career by servicing and selling office equipment for hospitals, banks and credit unions. In 1991 Loeffelholz joined Mi-T-M as a Customer Service Representative and Service Technician but decided from the beginning he wanted to be in sales. He transferred into the sales department, first working with the Rental and Equipment Market. His hard work paid off again when he was promoted to Distributor Division Manager in 1996.
