Matt Hoefer began his career with Mi-T-M after graduating from Loras College in 1996 with a degree in Human Resources Management. Working as a Customer Service Representative, Matt gained a solid understanding of the Mi-T-M product line and was promoted to the position of Equipment Division Manager focusing on the sales growth and management of the equipment market working with heavy equipment customers.
Hoefer's ability to build relationships and gain customer loyalty has been crucial in the growth of this market, "Each new product introduction opens a whole new set of doors which allows our customer base to grow," commented Hoeffer.
