Pat White, Mi-T-M Sales Operations Manager, graduated from college in 1993 with a degree in Photography and Business Management. In 2000 he applied his experience working with people while in the photography business to his new career at Mi-T-M as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, he's served in various customer service positions and was promoted to his current job in 2005.
Today, White leads the Mi-T-M Sales and Customer Service teams who provide support to Mi-T-M customers for hundreds of products. He plays a key role in ensuring Mi-T-M maintains the high level of customer service we've become known for and it's his mission to make sure customers have a positive experience with Mi-T-M, "My number one goal is keeping our customers happy and when we get positive comments, I know I'm doing my job."
