As Mi-T-M Service Manager it is Steve Cleary's job to oversee the Technical Service staff which handles all customer calls regarding warranty, technical service and the general operation of all Mi-T-M products. "Our most important goal is customer satisfaction. Our customers expect and deserve quality service," says Cleary. He also conducts Service Seminars to both Mi-T-M personnel and customer service center mechanics that troubleshoot and repair cold and hot water pressure washers in the field.

Cleary graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a degree in Industrial Technology, Electronics and Industrial Power and started his career at Mi-T-M as a Customer Service Representative in 1992. He was promoted to his current position in 1995.
