Armed with a brand new diploma in May of 1992, Vaughn Grimm began his career at Mi-T-M in August of that same year as a Customer Service Representative. In 1996 Grimm was promoted to Customer Service Manager and in 2003 was named Government Division Manager responsible for growing business worldwide working directly with the United States military.
"I've enjoyed working with our military service personnel to provide them with the equipment they need to do their jobs," states Grimm. "It is fascinating to know that Mi-T-M equipment is used to assist our military in times of conflict."
