This is an entry-level position that will assist the Fabrication department with various tasks.Duties:The successful candidate will work with the Laser Department, sorting/organizing parts after they have been cut.Requires:Frequent standing, walking, and bending.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and fumes.Must be willing to work 2nd shift and overtime as required.Hours are Monday - Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:15 a.m.Pre-employment drug test and strength test are required.

Duties: Prepares layouts, assembly, and detail drawings for new or improved products, special machinery design, test equipment, tools, fixtures, and gauge design. This position requires the operation of hand tools to install fasteners/bolts, interpreting blueprints for assembly, and requires accuracy, ensuring our customers receive the best quality products possible!!Job Qualifications:Experience in hand assembly on paced assembly line. Mi-T-M is seeking welders experienced with MIG welding on 11 gauge and thinner mild steel along with thicker material. Mi-T-M provides a competitive compensation and benefits package that takes into account your welding experience, skills, and expertise.
