Product Manager | Shift: 1st Shift

Mi-T-M is looking for a Product Manager to join our Sales & Product Development team located in Peosta, Iowa.

The Product Manager is responsible for category strategy planning and overseeing execution of profitable growth plans including product lifecycle management and prioritizing product opportunities.   This role will lead development of customer-centric category plans, working with Sales and Marketing to identify new growth opportunities and specifying new products that encompass customer requirements and define the product lines vision.  This role works collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Lead the new product development process by researching trends, ideating new designs, and working closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality and innovative product solutions.
  • Experience working in a cross functional team environment
  • Able to navigate a multi-step product development process
  • Will monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead the product assortment optimization efforts and new product onboarding.
  • Detail oriented and well organized

Your Credentials:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent
