Why choose a heated extractor?
Heated water delivers a deeper clean, helps remove allergens, speeds drying, and provides professional-grade results.
How often should carpets be cleaned?
Homes with pets or kids benefit from cleaning every 3–6 months. Commercial or high traffic spaces may require monthly or quarterly cleaning.
What is the warranty on the Mi-T-M vacuums?
The self-cooling motor has a 2-year warranty on the 9-gallon unit and a 5-year warranty on the 13 and 18-gallon units. All have a lifetime warranty on the canister.
What tools are included with each vacuum?
All units come complete with hoses, extension wands, floor squeegee, crevice tool, and more. There are addition accessories that can be be purchased.
You say they are one of the quietest vacuums, what is the decibel rating?
Our vacuums have a decibel rating of between 51.2 and 57.4. Most floor care equipment have rating of 63.4.
Does the filter need to be removed when using the vacuum for water pick up?
That’s the beauty of these vacuums. They are equipped filters for both wet and dry applications without the need to switch them out.
